Dr. Cheek grew up in Clarkesville, a small town in Northeast Georgia. She received her undergraduate degree from Mercer University in Macon, GA, and her DMD degree from the Medical College of Georgia, graduating first in her class. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Cheek is a member of the prestigious Hinman Dental Society and has been awarded membership into the honor dental society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. She has extensive post-graduate training in Occlusion and Temporomandibular Disorders through the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study.  She was selected by AroundAbout East Cobb magazine readers as the "Best Family Dentist" in East Cobb for the past 5 years. 

Dr. Cheek, her husband, Ron, and their 3 children reside in Roswell and are members of Northpoint Community Church.
