Insurance Information

At Cristi Y. Cheek, DMD, P.C. we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We will be glad to file your insurance claim for you and ask that you pay your estimated portion on the date of service.  We will wait for your insurance company to remit their payment and will bill you for any remaining balance not covered by insurance.
